Books online says you can do it but when you run the installer it does not give you the option to proceed. I have 2008 RTM standard and need to upgrade it to Enterprise.
When you get to the screen to select which components to install it shows SQL is installed and selected but it's grayed out. When you try to go to the next screen is says 'no options selected' and your stuck.
Any ideas here.....besides uninstall/re-install?

You need to do a command line install and include the SKUUPGRADE parameter. See this article.
