Any one knows the licensing cost for SQL SERVER 2008:enterprise edition & standard edition.When i searched in google it is showing the same rate of SQL SERVER 2005

Processor license: 2.33 lac approx
Enterprise:
User License: Rs. 3.5 lac approx
Processor license: Rs. 9.75 lac approx
device based CAL :Rs 7,200
User CAL: Rs 7,200
These are without s/w assurance and approximate prices

I guess it would be good to get intouch with Microsoft Sales/Marketing people to have exact clarity with respect to your environment and what Microsoft is offering.
