Hi All,
Looking for templates on SQL 2008 High Level Design? Has anyone got a TOC 'Table of Contents' on a similar document.
The design I'm looking for is based around Infrastructure. Database files, disk I/O, HA, etc.
Cheers,

What do you mean? How to design the hardware for a server? Or set it up?

For the rest if you want to learn it check out my SQL University and read up on all the great stuff the professors have put together on those topics: http://sqlchicken.com/sql-university
Or check out the great series of articles by Brent Ozar (which I name only because I know google is going to alert him on this 😀 ) - http://www.brentozar.com/archive/2008/03/sql-server-2005-setup-checklist-part-1-before-the-install/[/url]

I'd agree with Jorge that it's worth checking out those articles. You're asking for a lot of documentation there, and so much if it might vary depending on your environment that it's hard to get it in one shot.
Here's another series of checklists that might help: http://www.bradmcgehee.com/2010/07/database-configuration-checklist/
