Sql 2005 to Sql 2000 Fallback using Merge replication

    Hi,

    We are experiencing some issues with Merge replication. The DB compatibility level is (80) in sql 2k5. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated:

    Here are the errors.

    Error messages:

    The schema script 'procGetReportGr60bc10f3_60.sch' could not be propagated to the subscriber. (Source: MSSQL_REPL, Error number: MSSQL_REPL-2147201001)

    All the queries in a query expression containing a UNION operator must have the same number of expressions in their select lists. (Source: MSSQLServer, Error number: 8157)

    Hi,

    Has this worked in past?

    This indicates an issue with your merge agent and ability to locate schema file (e.g. .sch) in the snapshot folder. I would also ensure you have a UNC path (e.g. share) to snapshot folder.
