Dear all,
I have the following questions on SQL Server 2005 Express Edition :
(1)Can I apply the same Service Pack 2 and the Hot Fix ("the same" means the sp2 and sp2 hot fix being used by SQL 2005 Standard or Enterprise Editions) to SQL 2005 Express so that its version will become 9.0.3054 (now, it is only 9.0.3042) ?
(2)The default instance name of SQL 2005 Standard or Enterprise Editions are the server's machine name, but in my newly installed SQL 2005 Express, the default instance name is \SQLExpress, is it normal ? Did my installation OK ?

Perfectly normal. Express will always install with that instance name.

Thanks, but can I also apply the same sp2 hot fix so that it becomes 9.0.3054 ?
