sql 2005 dev edition, MS Vista, and IIS 7

  I installed sql 2005 Developer edition on an MS Vista box. I received the warning that "IIS" wasn't installed (for Reporting services). To be precise the dialog box asked if I

  1. "wanted to install IIS with default settings"

  or

  2. "Install IIS to server dynamic content."

   

  Question 1. Which of the above two choices if correct for sql 2005? 

  Question 2: Vista uses IIS 7. Is that version compatible with Sql 2005 reporting services?
