Can anyone tell me how many Quorums are needed for two clustered SQL instances?

Assuming your not setting up a single node cluster, then you generally need one quorum resource per cluster. Unless your doing some whacky clustering model..

I'm implementing a two node cluster with two SQL instances. For SQL instance1 I will have 1 Quorum disk, 1 data disk, and 1 log disk. For Instance2 I will have separate Quorum, data, and log disks. So my question is for Instance2 do I need a separate Quorum or can both SQL Instances share one Quorum? Any info is greatly appreciated.
