For SQl 64 bit standard edition running on windows 2003 64 bit standard how many CPU's and how much memory is supported?
Does it make a difference if the OS is windows 2003 64 bit enterprise?
Thank you kindly.

The article says 64 bit sql 2005 Standard supports 32 TB of memory.
To get this much memory, is it necessary to install windows 2003 64 bit enterprise?
