SQL 2000 to 2005 problem

    I have set up replication and distributor on a SQL 2000 server to do transactional replication to a SQL 2005 server. 

    I get the subscription set up, and the "View Synchronization Status" window says it started succesfully.  Yet I never have the data show up on the subscriber.  I see no errors anywhere.

    Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Seems like I found the problem.  My login did not have access to the share the snapshot was on.  For some reason it did not give an error message.  The share used is not the default location, but would think it should give an error message.  I have in the past gotten OS Error 5 when not having access to the share it stored the snapshot on.
