Hi Guys,
I have two problems trying to Sync all the users. Basically it's Network error.
1St one.
"The agent is suspect. No response within the last 10 minutes. "
Well the fix I am using is to increase the Inactive Threshold value in the Refresh rate and Setting of Replication monitor. This will be tried in the morning.
Is this fix going to solve the above problem.
2nd one.
“The process could not change generation history at the 'Publisher'. (Source: Merge Replication Provider (Agent); Error number: -2147200995). General Network Error’.
The last command to be sent to the server was ‘{call sp_MSupdategenhistory (?,?,?,?) }{call sp_MSupdategenhistory (?,?,?,?) }{call sp_MSupdategenhistory (?,?,?,?) }{call sp_MSupdategenhistory (?,?,?,?) }{call sp_MSupdategenhistory (?,?,?,?) }{call sp_MSupdategenhistory (?,?,?,?) }{call sp_MSupdategenhi’
This is the one I need immediate help as I am not very sure if it's going to work if we change the merge agent properties. If that is what has to be changed for this, could some one suggest what the changes should be.

Hey there,
You could also increase the -QueryTimeout value for the Merge Agent Profile that you are using, this should give the
merge agent some more time to complete it's queries.
When you get the error that the agent is suspect, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's not replicating
A suggestion would be to run a '-HistoryVerboseLevel [3]' switch on the merge agent ' Run Agent ' step, that will
hopefully give you some more feedback as to where it may lock and stop ??

I have the Query time out for RPC calls set to unlimited, and the next thing I did is, have the Inactive threshold set to 30 min.
Monitored the activities for 1- 2 days.
If I try to syncronize the data thur VPN I get thrown out with an error below. Thur network I do ok. total size of the db is now 333MB
Now I get this error any help please.
