I just need to know where to go in SQL 2000, or it reflects automatically, as in 2005 I know we do it via SQL 2005 Network Configuration,

The Network Configuration equivalent for SQL 2000 is called: Server Network Utility
Under Start > Programs > Microsoft SQL Server
OR
Start > Run > type svrnetcn

Can't say that I've actually needed to change an IP on a SQL 2000 instance but I'm guessing it is a registry key.
