SQL 2000-Create Function/Stored Proc rights

    Hey Guys

    Our developers who have datawriter access to our SQL 2000 environment, have a requirement to create Functions and Stored Procs.

    What are my options other than grant dbo and admin roles? Can a custom role be made for both requirements?

    db_ddladmin database role.
