And what's with the Jedi Training being for younglings only?!?!? I really wanted to participate in that, but it's only for the kids.

My boys did the Jedi Training a few years ago and enjoyed it (although like everything else at Disney you wait a long time for a brief fun experience). As they were marching the young Jedis from the building to the stage I was walking alongside them playing the Imperial March on my cell phone. I don't think many people appreciated it...

I hope I don't offend anyone in here.
I wouldn't be surprised if most of the folks inside those character costumes at Disney's Magic Kingdom are Mexicans. I know that's the case for those guys who dress up like green Androids and dance on the side of the road promoting cell phone stores. However, that gig must be pure hell in the middle of summer, and I doubt many Americans would sign up for the job.
Dressing up like Mickey Mouse at any Disney Park is a completely different job from dressing up like the Android mascot.
Costumed characters go through a special selection and training. All the Mickey Mouse should sign the same way and that goes for any other character. They're responsible of keeping the magic in the parks. Basically, it's not the stereotypical low wage job you find on the streets. It's more like professional sports mascots.
