sp_OACreate and sp_OAMethod authorisations

    I have a user who is not a dbo

    what rights should i give him so that he could execute sp_OACreate and sp_OAMethod? and from where do i do that??

    but what if he cannot be member of sysadmin?

    i need to use these functions to dump into text files, what would be the solution if the user is a normal one?
