sp_execute high CPU consumption

  All,

  I was able to trace the high CPU consumption queries in SQL Profiler, but couldn't understand why the SP_EXECUTE is consuming high CPU utilization.

  CPU READ WRITES DURATION

  SP_EXECUTE5,626 2,097,650 45 16,111,012

  we are currently in the PROD ENVIRONMENT.

  Any ideas would be helpful.
