sp3a enterprise manager

    I installed service pack 3a on a test server.

    The database comes up fine and I can access it with enterprise manger or query analyzer from another box. However when I try to run enterprise manager or query analyzer on the test server, nothing happens.

    No error, just nothing.

    If you mean that QA or EM won't open, then you should re install the client tools from the CD again.

    Did you install M03-031 as wwell?

    If so named pipes have been 'secured'
