i downloaded a SP3 for SQL Server and works fine for 32 bit system. Now i want to apply SP3 for SQL Server 2005 on windows server 2003 x64 Standard Edition platforms. and i also want to install SP3 for SQL Server 2005 on windows 2003 x64 Enterprise Edition. so i went to download page:-
and i see three downloads and was confused which one should i download for the above showed configuration:-
File Name: File Size
SQLServer2005SP3-KB955706-IA64-ENU.exe 432.4 MB Download
SQLServer2005SP3-KB955706-x64-ENU.exe 377.4 MB Download

as far as i think i have to download
the second one
SQLServer2005SP3-KB955706-x64-ENU.exe
but making sure because this is on a prod.

Yep you have the right one, the X64 is a bit of a give away, if you had the wrong version , you wouldnt be able to apply it anyways,

IA64 is for the Itanium 64Bit processor class.
X64 is for the Other sets.
From what you listed as installed, you should use the X64 version.
