Not that I am aware of.

You'd need to script the removal and creation of the constraints.

If you want to disable a constraint say to bulk load data to it:

ALTER TABLE tablename NOCHECK CONSTRAINT all

Wouldn't recommend it as the constraint has been added presumably for a reason.

I find the solution in DB level by giving sp_msforeachtable @command1="alter table nocheck constraint all"
