SOS Please Help -- missing NDF files

    Dear All,

    I have a MS-SQL 2005 Database with 9 .ndf files. 3 containing Indexes are missing.

    somehow got deleted??. Is there any way can rebuild my Database.

    The .MDF, .LDF and other NDF files are in tact.

    Please help asap.

    Do you have the latest Backups and corresponding Log backups/diff backups. you can Restore those to get you DB in a State where it was at the time of last db backup/log backup.

    check to see if you have them in the Data Folder.

    someone might have detached them.. did you check..

    Did you check your error Log to check what happened?

    how about the default SQL Trace?
