Please run the following and post the full output.
DBCC CHECKDB (<Database Name>) WITH NO_INFOMSGS, ALL_ERRORMSGS
Take a look at this article. http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/65804/
Do you have a clean backup of this database? (a backup that doesn't have this corruption in it)

Can you post what Gail has requested and if you have already tried to recreate the index, was it a non-clustered index.

How accurately can you read the buret? The calibration marks are probably 0.10 mL or 0.05 mL and you estimate the reading to the nearest 0.01 mL. You had to make 2 readings...initial volume and final volume. The buret is probably calibrated at 20 deg C. Was the temperature of the KCl solution 20 deg C? What is the calibration accuracy of the buret?
How accurately can you read the weight? (Again 2 readings...the empty beaker and the filled beaker). What is the sensitivity and accuracy of the balance?

Something makes me think the last post, is somehow not related to this topic, and possibly not even this forum perhaps 😀

Take a look at the title of this thread. Oh, it's related all right. And about as much answer as the OP will get without more data.
