Why would anyone ask for young? key word for inexpensive? In many cases it is illegal to post job offers that discriminate, perhaps others can comment on the rules for jobs...?
I am still under forty, would I qualify? any race requirements or preferences?
I don't know why this caught my eye and got under my skin, but it did...
Sincerely,
John R. Hanson

I apologize if my words came out wrong. There is no discrimination involved and i didn't mean to offend anyone. The position only requires minimal experience and the salary range is not going to qualify for someone with multiple years of experience. I want to stress again that I did not mean to offend or discriminate...i'm just trying to find the right candidates for my client. I also have a database developer position as well as two SQL Server DBA needs in PA and NJ. If anyone would like to speak about those as well, please feel free to contact me. My apologies.
Sincerely,
Terrence Field

Terrence, is your client considering foreign candidates? I would need a visa to get there.

This is no way to treat someone sourcing a position, I did not see young in his advertisement, I mean I am glad there is people wanting to post here, it gets to my inbox in the morning and as I am very much into DB development this is the ideal site to search for positions in my area, let's not discourage this kind of postings, I am posting this in total repect to the concerns you guys raised but let's see the other side too =)

Please let me clarify for everyone...i made a mistake in my wording and made a change to my post. This position is for Junior level developers or entry level candidates. I apologize for the mistake, i meant no harm or discrimination. We all make mistakes!
