Snapshot drive (SQL data and log) to do the backup

  I'm using AcronisTrueImageEchoServer to take backup of all my drive.

  Server : Windows2000 and SQLServer2000.

  Acronis suggest to :

  Therefore you can suspend the database at the backup (capturing the snapshot) moment. This could be done by using Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service or commands (if a database is not VSS compatible), which will suspend the database and resume it after data capture.

  But it "Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service " is not working on Windows2000.

  What commands should i do before the backup?
