Having been asked to spec up a new SQL server for a new application installation.
The size in terms of hard drive I have no issue and processor speed I have no issue doing. But is there a way to accurately calculate the size of RAM required on the server. I have size, predicted growth levels and numbers of users. What is the best way to calculate the size of RAM required for the server?
