Ok, this is really annoying! Every time I go somewhere on SQL Server central now I get this irritating site certificate popup. In the certificate info it says something about http://www.googleadservices.com and I've emailed them about it but it makes navigating on this site incredibly annoying!
Things I've done to my NT 4.0 workstation lately...
- Installed Active Desktop
- Installed the Google deskbar
- Uninstalled the Google Deskbar
- Uninstalled the google toolbar
- Installed current updates from Windows Update
- Installed the certificate from the popup
- Installed the cerificate from a file
- Cursed mightily
- Shook my fists in rage
- Contemplated with trepidation over calling IT to come fix it. (Last time I asked them to fix something the lazy bums just reimaged my machine.)
- Sighed a lot.
- Sighed some more.
Please end my pain...

Got me. Forwarding to Brian to see if he has any ideas.

OK, I killed a Google component. Do you still see it?
