I have a merge where the subscriber can do changes to its tables ... But as I found out the changes are made only if publisher simulate an row change or changes something effectively
I'm not sure that at every replication the publisher table would be changed so i need something to simulate a change in the publisher table
Can anyone please help me with this ?

I am not sure your assumption is correct. Subscribers *can* change the data and the "conflict resolution policy" determines who wins if "both" change the same record.

Hi Makko,
Noel is right. If your using Merge replication & havent marked the article as download only there is no reason why the data shouldnt be going both ways. Check the following common things though:
-Look in your conflicts to see if there is a data conflict stopping the update
-Make sure you have marked an Identity keys as not for replication
-I have also found that if you use SSIS to perform a bulk update (fast Load option), then no log of the import is added for SSIS to pick up (see http://blog.cybner.com.au/2007/11/ssis-fast-load-and-flow-on-effect-for.html for more info). How is the data being changed at the subscriber?

as usual I fix it myself ... I just used a script before replication where I updated 1 row ... so I resolved my problem
