Hello all,
I need to set up some reports in SS2k.
I will at some point have about 350 people who will need to access and read most of the reports I will deploy.
Is there a way I can create a group called Read_Report and give this group access to the Databases they need and also put this group into my report server? I do not want to have to manually add 350 folks to the database and to the reports. It will be a nightmare to maintain and manage.
Has anyone out there found an easy way to do this?

Doug:
We have found it easiest for our setup to use the domain groups to administer our reports. By using the global groupings set up in Active Directory, the responsibility falls back on the tech department to manage terminations and additions. The report permissions are "set it and forget it".

Thanks for this.
I am going to give it a try.
