I have report that lists the employee name. Now I would like to list it in 2 or may be 3 columns to fit on paper. How can I do this? I tried using Expression at the back of this field with IIF, but was not successful to get desired format.
My desired format is:
EMPLOYEE NAME EMPLOYEE NAME
Row1 Row2
Row3 Row4
Row5 …….
Thanks in advance!

Does RS have columns formatting like in access?

In report properties you can define the number of columns.
I have a sub report with 2 columns that I want to print on the back page of the main report. The sub report works find when I run it by itself but when I embed it in the main report with 1 column the columns do not work on the second page.
Does anyone know a way to get around this without creating 2 columns in the main report?

You might want to start a new thread for that question.

Thanks MHITE,
That worked but unfortunately multiple columns are not visible when displayed on web, but when exported to PDF looks fine.
Any thought?

You might try creating two tables side by side. The left table displays records 1 thru 50 (whatever number fits on the page) and the right table display 51 thru 100.
