Hey guys
We just upgraded our SQL Server to the new 2012 release.
So fare everything works fine.
We now tried to integrate the already existing Report Server (Native) into Sharepoint.
Therefore we added the features “Reporting Services – Sharepoint” & “Reporting Services Add-in for Sharepoint Products” to the existing Instance and of course we did the installation with “Reporting Services Sharepoint Integrated Mode”
A Sharepoint farm is already installed.
After the installation, we are still not able to switch the Report Server with the Configuration Manager from “Native” to “Sharepoint Integrated”. There is just no option which allows to switch the mode (see picture).
Does anyone face the same issue before?
Would be great if you can give me some help in that case.

Alright, I found the solution.
It's not possible anymore with SQL Server 2012 to configure Reporting Services for SharePoint in the Reporting Services Configuration Manager.
You have to use the Sharepoint Central Administration:

I have the same problem. We have a SQL Server 2012 where the SSRS is installed and a separate SharePoint 2010 server. While installing SQL Server on the SQL box I did select both Reporting Services - SharePoint and Native but where I open Reporting Services Config Manager the SharePoint Integration Mode is not showing, I only have the native mode. When I try to run a new SSRS instance as a test, during the install test I can see the SharePoint Integration option which is ticked but greyed-out indicating that its already installed.
Does this mean on SQL 2012 if I want to run the SharePoint Integration Mode I have to install this on the SharePoint server?
Please assist.
