We still have an old SharePoint 2007 farm that runs on SQL Server 2008 and Reporting Services 2008. I would like to migrate this app over to SQL Server 2012 and reporting services 2012. From what I gather SharePoint 2007 supports SQL 2012 if you install Microsoft SharePoint 2007 SP3. So my question is has anyone here migrated SharePoint 2007 over to SQL Server 2012 and Reporting Services.

You cannot use SSRS 2012 with SharePoint 2007.
You can use SSRS 2008R2 with the SSRS 2012 add-in on SharePoint 2007.
Supported Combinations of SharePoint and Reporting Services Components

I was wanting to migrate to SQL Server 2012 for all of our databases. However, I might have to end up going to SQL 2008 R2 for everything or leaving Sharepoint 2007 on SQL 2008 and moving everything else to SQL 2012. I would than have to migrate Sharepoint to 2013 than at that time I could migrate the databases, cubes, and reporting services over to 2012.
