Setting Replication between sql servers on different workgroups

  Hi All,

  I want to set up replication using sql server 2000 between two computers which are on two separate workgroups.The main problem is that sql sever agent service is using local administrator account on both machines.So how can we go about that.Can anybody help me out on this.

  For replication it is necessary to have the two servers in the same domain. And you have to start the server agent service with a domain user.

  Those are requeriments for that service.

  We tried to replicate without including those computers in a domain but it did not be able.
