Setting Priority of execution

    Is there a way to set priority of a stored procedure or at the user level ?

    I don't think you can set priority levels for stored procedures.

    You can set sp to run when SQL Server starts. What do you like to achieve?

    You cannot set process priorities, at least not yet in SQL.
