I am having trouble setting up a Linked Server for System DSNs I have on my system. I have a PostGreSQL DSN (called PostGreSQL) and a CSV file DSN (called CSV) and I am trying to add them as Linked servers in SQL 2005 Management Studio.
Whenever I type in the DSN name 'PostGreSQL' under 'Data Source' and set the 'Provider' to 'Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC drivers' I get an error saying
'the data source is not found and no default driver specified' Error 7303
This also happens when I try to set the CSV DSN as a Linked Server.
What am I doing wrong? I have attached a screenshot showing what I am inputting.

Have you verified that the ODBC DSNs work? If you've got MS Access (or Excel) I think that's a good way to test the DSN.

I just figured it out, nevermind. I didn't set up the DSNs properly on the server I was logged into.
