I am using SP3 for one applications,SP3 is already installed, in UAT, SP3 is not supporting for that application then client says that please use sp2, then how will u revert back sp3 and how will u install SP2 after remove SP3.

As far as I know there is no revert or rollback operation for the SP's
The only thing is the old backup and restore along with the system databases.
Every time you install the SP's you need to have all the system databases backup.
I searched online before but I did'nt find any thing and even Microsoft is not helpful in this issue.
