  I am trying to create a logon account for SQL 2005 so I can use AWE. Instead of just assigning it admin rights to the whole box, I found this

  But apparently, setacl.exe has been changed enough such that it no longer works right. Is there anything similar to this to set all the necessary permissions?

  Change the login with the SQL Configuration Manager. It will assign the correct permissions.
