i'm getting the following waring:
Warning: Fatal error 3624 occurred at Sep 2 2009 11:02AM. Note the error and time, and contact your system administrator. A severe error occurred on the current command. i'm getting this in a particular .net page? is there any problem with the code/sp?

What version of sql server are you running. Microsoft suggests installing SP2 and then CU build 3161.

Pradeep answered your question - the error seems to be caused by a fixed bug in SQL Server. It has has nothing to do with your web page code.
You just need to get the SQL Server installation brought more up to date.
The link Pradeep posted contains everything you, or your database person, will need.
Keeping SQL Server patched at least to the latest service pack (SP3 as of today) is recommended.
