Has anyone done this?
Can I put Sever Core + 2005 on a server and then manage 2005 from a remote pc?
Is Server Core 64bit or 32bit?
It doesn't appear that IIS is supported in Server Core. I assume that there is some kind of web server that I can install on Server Core.
Does anyone have any kind of idea of what kind of performance increase I'll get using Server Core?
I have started reading about Server Core, but I was wondering what experiences others have had with it.

From what Microsoft says about it, I'm not sure whether it will work with SQL 2005 or not. Your best bet would be to set up a virtual machine, install Server Core on it, and try to install SQL Server, and see if you can get it to do what you want.
