Send email dynamically based on user

    Hi,

    Is there anyway I create a report with each user's associated information and send one report /day to the user with his info on it. There will be 300+ users and each user should automatically receive the report for his own tasks only.

    yes, with a data driven subscription(if you have enterprise) ; more info is needed obviously, but if the report has a parameter for UserId or email to generate an individuals report , then the subscription can use a view or table for source of the parameter for the 300 individual reports.

    it's possible to do the equivalent with standard edition, you'd want to google some examples data driven subscription sql server standard and find which one is easiest for you to emulate.
