If you are asking which patches from Microsoft should you be running for SQL Server, the answer is SP3a for SQL 2000. Also, there is a security patch on top of that MS03-031 8.00.818 that you really should apply that you can get from the SQL Server web site. There are also some Windows operating system patches for MDAC etc.... check via Windows Update for critical patches on your server...

tosachinsharma,
Microsoft finally improved its patch and hot fix checking tool: Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA). You should check it out at: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=320454
This new version allows you to run a security scan (looks and feels pretty much like Windows Update) for a computer that is not online (like a DB server behind a firewall) from a computer that has Internet access. The program will then provide you with a report on your current security status.
