Hello experts,
I am trying to restore a database that is part of an Always On availability group. As usual, I started by removing the database in question from its availability group.
One secondary database properly went into the Restoring... state and I was able to delete it. For some reason, however, this time around the other secondary database did not go into the Restoring... state. It has been stuck in the Not Synchronizing state for tens of minutes now.
I can't take the database offline. I can't add the primary database back because the Not Synchronizing database still exists.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? Thanks for any help.
