can anyone suggest a good book for SSIS 2005 other than SSIS 2005 Step By Step from MS Press.

Suggest you to take a look on "Professional SQL Server Integration Services" book.

That's from WROX. And I suggest that you get the 2008 version instead of the 2005 book.
