Is it just me, or is the search bar at the top not working for everybody? No matter what I type in, no results are found (even very common terms like 'transaction').

I can confirm that search appears to be broken. I searched for SQL, T-SQL and Tally Table and got no results for any.

It seems that the Search in the SQL Scripts SSMS add-in is also affected by this issue as no matter what I search for, nothing is returned there either, even though I am typing in something that I could see in the list.

Nope, it's broken.
I've reported it. Our webserver upgrade was this am, and likely they've forgotten something.

(For those after the gory detail - when we moved over to a new server, the search index didn't make it across, and the the scheduled task to build the index hadn't yet run. Whoops :-().

Could this issue have recurred? I clicked on the 'Search Forum' link, typed SQL and submitted. The response:

Seems to be working now, but sometimes the Search does unload all the results and flakes for some reason.
Send a note to the webmaster@ if this still causes you issues.

I guess it was a glitch. Seems to be working OK now, thanks Steve.

Read this thread and now I can't get this song out of my mind. At least it's not a bad song.
... I still haven't found what I'm looking for ...
