Hi Friends,
I am new to SSIS and i wan't to know how much .NET or SCRIPTIG knowledge is required while developing SSIS package.

You can do quite a bit without any scripting knowledge.

It's mostly a visual language where you connect tasks on a designer and make property adjustments. Many of the scripting items have helpers that let you "build" an expression. however the scripting isn't that hard, and you can learn a bit as you go.
There are some articles here on SSIS, and SQLIS.com is a good resource. Andy Leonard has a great blog series on SSIS Expression Language as well. (http://sqlblog.com/blogs/andy_leonard/archive/2009/01/30/an-introduction-to-the-ssis-expression-language.aspx)
