Script to monitor blocking

  can we use the blocking script given at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/271509

  in SQL Server Agent job and run that job every minute? Is that possible?

  Sure, that's a fine way to monitor blocking. There are other blocking scripts available in the scripts section of this web site too.
