I need to take the list of indexes, keys, constraints, defaults etc from all the tables in a database. Is there a way to get this (rather than scripting out everything from each table manually)

Right click on the database --> Tasks --> Generate scripts.
This will bring up a script wizard. You can select everything in your database including all indexes, keys, constraints etc... You can get as granular as you want.
