There are two schemas that seem to be related to the azure backup process managed_backup (schema id 13) and smart_admin (schema id 14). These schemas however are not always in sys.schemas in three different installs that I've done. this is an issue because there are objects in sys.objects owned by these schemas regardless of whether these the schemas are listed in sys.schemas.
Can anyone explain why/when these schemas are created or point me to information on these? I am not having much luck in googling this.
This is creating a problem when we are querying for system objects and their schemas.
