In SSMS connect to a server using Object Explorere then Go to SQL Server Agent -> Jobs. Right-click -> New Job, etc..

Hi,
Under the server instance name, u can see 'SQL server Agent' -> Jobs -> New Job - > Schedule -> New and select the schedule.
If you cant see 'SQL Server Agent' it means you dont have access to create it.
I am not sure if this is the only information that you are looking for.

Thanks all this is exactly what I needed -- apparently I didn't have correct permsissions -- no wonder I couldn't find it.
Cheers,
