When i run jobs manually, they work correctly, sending the final result to a table in a database. But if i schedule the job, the job monitor says the job completed, but no data gets sent to the table. Any advice?

Implement some logging. I wonder if you have a rights issue.
I'd add a step that sends data to another table to be sure it's actually running.
