Save data in word input file to SQL table

    One people created a word input file (15 pages, including check boxes, text boxes, drop down lists...).

    Is it possible to save data in word input file to SQL table?

    I can almost guarantee that there will not be any easy way to import the data into SQL Server.

    The first thing I would do, is to save the file in various formats and then open them with NotePad++ to see if any of them look like something I could handle.
