Save backups at multiple location

  Hi,

  I need the backup to be saved on 2 locations. It's the sql server 2000 version and it takes backup through maintenance plan. All I can think of is adding another step to the job to run a script to mirror the backup folder on central location over the network using Robocopy.

  Can any one please tell me if there is any option in sql2000 to write the backup on 2 locations?

  I'm quite new to SQL database administration.
