Hi All,
Can someone tell me how to configure SAP with SQL SERVER 2005 to integrate on.Is there any doc on this explaning the step by step...Process?
Can someone post if this site if any?

Hi Gaganks,
Implementing SAP in any organisation is a massive job that requires a great deal of planning.
SAP has many different modules for different business areas.
SQL Server is not the issue.
You need to talk to your SAP vendor who will be able to point you in the right direction or just Google 'sap sql server'.

Actually I wanted to have any doc for that so that i can try the demo ver(SAP), so that i can convince my client to choose Sqlserver rather than choosing Oracle.

Try SAP's website. I am sure they have a lot of documentation there (if not, they should).

We recently began the SAP w/ SQL Server implementation and from what I've come across this may help you: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-1006. Go pages 2 & 3 "SAP-Microsoft Alliance".
To view it you may need a free login to http://scn.sap.com/. Fairly painless sign up process. Hope this helps.

Does your client have a team of Oracle warlocks or SQL Server wizards on their team? There is no point convincing an Oracle shop that they should run on SQL Server
